About Jinota

Jinota London Ltd is a family business formed by merging two sister companies, Cloud Cover Hosting Ltd and SW Computers Ltd, which was formed in 2002.

Our primary office is based in Cornwall, in the UK, with offices in Cornwall, Plymouth and London. But we provide IT support to companies nationally and internationally as well as locally. We are Cornwall’s leading specialist in cloud computing solutions. The beauty of cloud solutions is that they can be administered from anywhere, 24/7, so customers near and far can benefit from the cost advantages of a Cornwall-based service. We have our own fully equipped data centre, with enterprise-level security, in nearby Plymouth.

From our main office we supply cloud IT support to customers as far away as New Zealand and the USA. Our ‘traditional’ IT services were originally focused on Cornwall and the nearby Plymouth area, but our team now supplies both traditional and cloud solutions much further afield. We have a particularly strong presence in London and the South East, for instance, and we can equally serve any other region.

Although we have the knowledge, skills and facilities to compete with larger IT support providers, the personalised service and customer care that our customers experience is unique.

Meet the Founder

Stephen Parkinson

Founder and Director of Jinota London Ltd.

I work mainly with companies who want to move from in-house servers to cloud-based solutions to meet their IT needs. Jinota operates its own ‘Private Cloud’ from the Plymouth Science Park Data Centre in Plymouth. This means that there isn’t some unknown entity holding your data – and it allows us to conform to any regulations that apply to your business, such as PCI Compliance.
